Initiating

  • Create Project Charter
  • Identify Stakeholder

Planning

  • Establish Project Scope,
  • Refine objectives,
  • Define corrective actions to maintain objectives

Executing

  • Complete the work defined in Project Plan

Monitoring and Controlling

  • Track, review and regulate project progress and performance

Closing

  • Close the Procurement
  • Formally close the project or phase

Voici comment ils peuvent intervenir :

Initiating

  • Evangelise Product vision

Planning

  • Facilitate Integration with Non-product Developpement Teams
  • Manage Stakeholder

Executing

  • Communicate with Non-product Developpement Teams
  • Manage Vendor relationship

Monitoring and Controlling

  • Produce Metrics (Quality, Cost and Execution)
  • Facilitate Integration Progress
  • Facilitate Risk and Dependencies monitoring and controlling

Closing

  • Close the Procurement
  • Formally close the Release

Framework Agile Scrum

Dans le framework Agile Scrum, le Lean-Agile Leader est le Scrum Master.

The Scrum Master is responsible for the following :

  • Keeper of Scrum
  • Servant Leadership
  • Services to Product Owner, Dev Team and Organization
  • Protects the Product Development Team from outside noise
  • Removes impediments
  • Facilitates Team meetings
  • Coaches and facilitates agile behavior and practice
  • Manage dependencies and risks
  • Enables the transition from non-Agile to Agile and Lean thinking
  • Serves as Scrum of Scrums Master who facilitates integration (Scrum of Scrums) meetings in Scaling Agile
